Dear All,

Upon purchasing a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 2015, I received a damaged vehicle. There are several damages on the driver side that include the bumper, hood and the front window rubber and plastic to the bed liner. I received the car on the 1st of October 2015, made a complaint on the 2nd of October 2015 and up until today, the 20th of October 2015, they have been delaying and avoiding replacing this faulty vehicle with a new one.

Note: I have proof of all the damages by pictures and the day of complaints by SMS, as well as responses made by the salesman.
