أنا قبل اشوي اتصلت على Hsbc في الامارات على الرقم اللي حاطه بو سعد وقالوا لي انه ما يصير إلا عندهم في الامارات...... ومطلوب فتح حساب عندهم.....

نعم تستطيع .. ولكن تحتاج الى اصدار شيك مصرفي بالمبلغ الذي تريد الاكتتاب فيه

س12: هل تتوقع ان المكتتبين راح يغطون الاكتتاب اكثر من مره ولا نحصل حتى على الحد الادنى ؟

من خلال تجربتي مع الاكتتابات السابقة اتوقع ان يتم تغطية الاكتتاب عدة مرات كالعادة. التخصيص سيكون في حدود 2000- 3000 سهم لشريحة الاولي .. اما بالنسبة لشريحة الثانية فاعتقد ان التخصيص سيكون في حدود 1%

س13: متى يتم ادراج الشركه

بالنسبة للادارج السهم في سوق ابوظبي الامر يعتمد على قرار وزارة الاقتصاد ونتوقع ان يكون في ديسمبر - يناير القادم

لا استطيع اعطاء سعر لشركة لان الموضوع يعتمد على العرض والطلب. وقناعة المستثمرين بالشركة ومجلس ادارتها

عن طريق احضار المبلغ كاش + صور من ايصال سحب المبلغ من البنك المحلي وبعد ذلك يقوم المستثمر بأصدار شيك مصدق من احد البنوك الامارتية او عن طريق مدير الاكتتاب

س 22: كيف لي ان ابيع الاسهم بعد تداول السهم ؟ يحتاج المستثمر الى عمل محفظة استثمار مع احد الوسطاء بالاضافه الي فتح حساب بنكي بعد ذلك يقوم المستثمر بتعبئة نموذج تحويل اسهم من المقاصة الي الوسيط الخاص فيه .. وبعد ذلك يستطيع بيع الاسهم.

Who is able to buy shares?
The shares are to be allocated in three tranches:
Retail tranche: only UAE and GCC nationals over the age of 21 and UAE and GCC registered companies.
Wholesale tranche: anyone over the age of 21 and legally registered companies.
There is also a tranche for registered charitable societies.

How many shares can I subscribe for?
Minimum subscription per Retail applicant is 5,000 shares and maximum subscription per applicant is 75,000 (in multiples of 5,000). These applicants will be guaranteed a minimum allocation of 3,000 shares, subject to the total number of retail level applicants not exceeding 233,000 applicants.

Subscriptions of 150,000 shares to 2.060 billion shares (in multiples of 50,000) will be treated as Wholesale applicants, which can include individual investors and allocation to these applicants will be pro rata. Individuals applying for more than 150,000 shares (considered Wholesale investors) will not be entitled to a minimum guarantee. An application for 75,001 to 149,999 shares will be invalid and rejected.

What happens if an individual submits more than one subscription form?
The first subscription application will be accepted. All subsequent subscription applications will be rejected, even if they are through different banks.

Where do I get the subscription form?
You can access the forms through our website or at www.ektetab.ae and will also be available in HSBC branches in the UAE, and Customer Service Centers at Ibn Batutta Mall in Dubai and Al Attar Business Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, and from participating branches of the other receiving banks.

Application can be made online or printed off and submitted physically to a collecting bank. Forms are also available from branches of collecting banks.

How to subscribe for the Dana Gas IPO:
